If club members want to expand their participation beyond the usual pictorial and nature entries, why not conduct a photojournalism contest in your club?

After collecting the slides or prints, you can mail them to the Director for judging. They will be returned with scores and comments, and hopefully presented to your club as an educational experience.

Although many exhibitions, as well as several photojournalism competitions and the image evaluation service, do accept images electronically, this judging service is not set up to receive electronic entries at this time.

When your club members understand that those moments they have captured are really photojournalism, they will likely get involved in other PJD activities and photojournalism exhibitions, using their media of choice.

Any PSA member club is eligible for this judging service for the cost of the return postage.
