The duties of the PJD Chair include: presiding at official meetings, making appointments, coordinating with the PSA Divisions VP, and acting as the top administrator of the Division. The Chair selects representatives for national committees and appoints membership to the PJD Nominating, Honors and Awards, and other Committees. Although the Chair is ultimately responsible for all facets of the Division, direct supervision of most competition and service activities may be delegated. The Chair directs fellow officers and maintains direct supervision of the PJD News Editor, Uniform Practices, Honors and Awards, Historian, Membership Data Administrator, and TOPS in PJ.

The duties of the First Vice-Chair include: presiding at meetings in the absence of the Chair, supervising division service related activities under the direction of the Chair, planning the PJD Luncheon for the PSA Conference, and obtaining the PJD programs for the PSA Conference.

The duties of the Second Vice-Chair include: supervising division activities involving competition and arranging for displays and staffing at the PJ Division Center at the PSA Conference.

The duties of the Secretary include keeping and publishing minutes of all PJD official meetings.

The Duties of the Treasurer include: approving all valid disbursements and forwarding them to PSA Headquarters for processing, preparing an annual budget, recording monthly receipts and expenditures, and filing monthly financial reports from Headquarters. The Treasurer must follow the Financial System Guidelines set forth by PSA. |
