John Larson The expression on her face is priceless. I think if you were able to use flash to fill out the light and lessen the effect of the bright lamp would have made a more pleasing image. Score 7.
Billy Burke I can really relate the feeling of doing work at night. I had a habit of putting things off to long. I remember working about all night doing a piece for English class. It was on "why I felt India would become a world power" This was in 1946. I do hope you encourage your daughter to earn the love of photography.
Alex Lane It is a nice image – very contrasty and the light is very bright drawing your interest to the ‘bright’ spot in the picture rather than the person.

Subhash Sapru- Biography

I took to photography at an early age with a box camera, followed by a range finder then upgraded to a SLR conventional film camera and now using a digital SLR camera. My interest in photography became a passion only when in 1997 I started entering my images in international exhibitions and was introduced to IIPC the same year and PSA in 1998. Thanks to my brother Mr Brij M. Sapru for nursing my interest in photography all these years. Having done post-graduate diploma in Journalism and starting my career as a freelancer for some newspapers and magazines before joining the present organization of Public Relations in India, over the years my interest has grown in capturing the element of human interest. Photography is not a part of my profession, I enjoy it as a rewarding hobby. My other interest is travel and it helps me in pursuing the hobby of photography. I am a contributor to PSA journal and one of the two IRs of PSA in India. I have joined the study group to learn more about photojournalism..
